I led visual content strategy and execution for Civic Nexus, owning the majority of video and graphic production across a one-month rollout. Working cross-functionally with marketing, go-to-market, and business development, I translated positioning into a cohesive visual system that could carry the product across platforms.

The core challenge: build legitimacy and drive waitlist growth with a small team and a compressed timeline.

I pushed for a two-track launch video strategy: A motion-driven video to establish tone and ecosystem credibility, and a direct-to-camera explainer to ground the vision in clarity and authority.

All visual assets for the launch were produced under my direction. AI-assisted workflows accelerated concept development, iteration, and asset resizing, enabling a higher production volume without expanding team capacity.

The launch rolled out across organic and paid channels on X, LinkedIn, YouTube, and email. Key results: 40K organic views on the launch video (X), +2K YouTube subscribers during the launch window, and coordinated cross-platform narrative across all major touchpoints.

The launch established Civic Nexus within the ecosystem with a cohesive visual identity from day one. Beyond campaign performance, this initiative formalized Civic's 360° launch system.
